- Update system as necessary both internal and customer websites.
- Help the driver to opt into the Fourkites carrier link app (tracking app).
- After delivery forward the POD and lumper receipts (if any) to accounts team.
Load Planners:
- Looks for carriers to cover the load and negotiate prices
- Reviews documentation
- Send carrier confirmations and associated cross border paperwork
Customer Service Representative:
- Input info into TMS based on tender.
- Booking appointments with shippers and receivers.
- Communicating with customers, shipper, receivers and carriers (if required)
